How to get started with Guided Implant Surgery :

Models

Supply a full-arch polyvinyl impression
OR a full-arch stone model with no chips or bubbles
OR an STL file of digital scan

CBCT

Full-arch scan
Capture the incisal edges - do not cut off cusp tips
No patient movement – do NOT submit a blurry scan
Scan patient with teeth separated (not in occlusion – use a bite or cotton roll

Send digital cases

MICRODENT Studio is qualified to assist doctors who use digital impression systems. Our computer-aided technology ensures that the restorations are consistent, well-fitting and can be created from the newest materials. We accept scans from TRIOS®, iTero®, PLANMECA, 3M, CEREC® by Sirona and Carestream Dental. Once taking an impression using a scanning unit, the data can be sent to MICRODENT Studio.

Digital Design

Once your scan is received, our specialized team of dental technicians evaluate it, to verify that it is ready for production. Every scan is then handled with dental design software which enables our experienced dental technicians the ability to shape every part of a restoration. Our lab experience aids every adjustment, ensuring precise fit, function and esthetics. By doing all of this digitally, there is a guaranteed higher rate of accuracy in the final restoration, because the errors inherent to traditional impressions are completely removed.

Digital Production

After the digital restoration design is complete, the file is sent to the proper production team based on the kind of material and restoration requested by the doctor.

Case Delivery

The final stage is the packaging and delivery of the product requested by the doctor. Our skilled and experienced drivers will ensure to deliver your case safely and in a timely manner.
